Booking policy

• Pay within 10 minutes

  We hold your time for 10 minutes. Pay by InstaPay and upload the screenshot before the timer ends, otherwise the time goes back to other players. We confirm your payment within about 15 minutes.

• Free changes up to 3 hours before

  Change the day or time, or cancel and get all your money back, as long as it's more than 3 hours before you play.

• Less than 3 hours before

  The court was kept for you, so 50% of what you paid is kept as a late fee. If you cancel you get 50% back. If you move to another time, the 50% counts toward the new booking.

• How refunds arrive

  We send refunds by InstaPay. InstaPay charges a small transfer fee (0.1%, min 0.50 EGP, max 20 EGP), which comes out of the refund.

• If the court cancels

  If the court or Zaf Play has to cancel your game, you get 100% back.
